Add Value Home Staging is offering a Christmas gift for random sellers in need of help. For those who are forced by the economic situation to sell.
We all feel the holiday spirit, but for some, this Christmas could be much more enjoyable if they could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Imagine what it would be like if you could help change their lives for the better.
Add Value Home Staging would like to donate a consultation to an owner who is in need of help selling their home.
The qualifications are:
· A family whose house is for sale and are not expecting a profitable transaction.
· They must be willing to devote the necessary time to make their home more appealing to the buyer.
· They must also be willing to adjust the price if necessary according to the market value.
· The home must be owner occupied
